Yes, we have our own delivery fleet. We also work closely with external contractors in the event of sudden order spikes to ensure your cargo gets delivered accordingly.

We do not have any but we distribute to more than 500 physical retail stores in Singapore. We also take part in events such as Singapore Food Expo where we have physical booths to engage customers with samples and conduct sales.

Yes. We primarily serve the Singapore market and have exported to regional countries like Malaysia and Indonesia. We are also open to exporting to other countries or approach our regional partners if it’s aligned with your business strategy and expansion plans.

We trade mostly general products and liquor. For other categories, we will have to consider on a case by case basis due to the sensitivity of certain products.

Our delivery timings are Mondays – Fridays, 10am-530pm. We do not operate on weekends and public holidays. Lead time is usually the next working day.

We have a minimum order value of SG$250 for wholesale order and delivery. However, we are happy to discuss further on ways to support your operations. Do check with our sales personnel for further discussion.

In general, our orders are on COD basis as our products are on competitive pricing and trade deals. For exceptions such as a central/automated ordering and payment system at your end and for any other exceptions, please check with our sales personnel.

Currently we can source for brands and products from Korea. While we specialize in F&B items, we are open to a general range of products. Do discuss with our sales personnel to explore the possibilities.

In general, the MOQ is 20cartons or a pallet. However, the MOQ will vary with product, as different suppliers have different requirements in terms of order volume. Our sales personnel will advise further depends on your requirement.

Our sales personnel will have an initial consultation with you to understand what products you are looking for and your expected volume. For certain food or sensitive items, we’ll check and advise based on Singapore’s food and import regulations. We will then engage the suppliers in Korea to find out their export requirements before we give you a quote and confirm any orders. Importation, ingredients and labelling compliance, and logistics to your door will be handled by us to provide you with ease and convenience.

Yes, if your overseas entity has the licence to import. Otherwise, we can explore ways to supply through our overseas partners and network.

MOQ varies among products. However, do note that the quantity will determine how the items are exported and thus affect the pricing.

Do check with us as not all liquor items may be available for export. Also, certain food items may have short expiry hence not suitable for export.
